We offer a number of solutions depending your needs: We act as a Production Company and produce for our Directors if you wish to outsource your production. We team up our Directors with one of our trusted Producers and loan them out to you as a package. Or, if we don’t have the right Director on our roster, we hunt them down and hire them for the duration of your Production. Our network of over 200 Directors and Producers world wide allows us to offer up all kinds of solutions, be it near or far, big or small, comedy or tragedy. When On signed both Gustav Iden and Kristian Blumenfelt to their elite group of athletes, it was clear we had to tell their incredible story: These world class tri-athletes who regularly interchange between gold and silver on the international arena, are effectively two peas in a pod. They were both born and raised in Bergen Norway, have the same coach, once lived together and are best buddies. Never have they been rivals, only ever mutually supportive of each other. Will this last forever, we ask, or will Paris ’24 change this?
In the spring of 2022 we followed world class tri-athlete Nicola Spirig as she trained and prepared for one of the toughest full length triathlons that ever existed: her aim was to go sub 8 when the previous women’s record was 8:11. Watch to see if she succeeded.

French ultra trail runner and multiple UTMB winner Xavier Thevenard took a very brave decision to compromise his career in favour for saving the planet: no longer does he fly to races or take planes to any worldwide destination; instead he is making numerous personal choices to promote sustainability and care for our precious planet.
