Meena Ayittey

Meena Ayittey is an award winning London based film director with a love of emotional storytelling as well as tongue in cheek comedic performance, as seen in her latest spot for Bumble. After studying Fine Art at Central Saint Martins, Meena delved into the word of post production which led her to her true calling: film making. After over a decade working in post production as a VFX artist and motion designer, Meena has a detailed knowledge of editing and post production techniques and is an expert when it come to VFX composition and motion graphic elements as well as shooting on green screen and combining live action with VFX. As a storyteller, Meena is particularly interested in hard hitting subject matters and projects that call for action for historically disadvantaged groups. Female focused brands are a particular soft spot. She has a love of subtle and heartwarming stories which are driven by dialogue and realistic performance and works across social, TVC and documentary.
